How to download meters data using Trend log Management

The Trend log management allows users to access the meter data directly from the data base of the Acuvim II.  This acts a back logger for users if they need to access the meter data or if they forget to enable the data logs.

The Trend log Management stores the real time/demand/power quality data for 1 month and stores the energy data for up to 3 years.  We recommend users to utilize the data loggers supported in the AXM-WEB2 and only use the trend log management as a back up.

Below are the steps to download the data.

Login to the web interface using admin access level. The default username and password is admin/admin.

On the Trend log management page select the parameters you wish to download.  In the “Log Param Type” drop down menu users can select the different categories of data to download.

NOTE: Energy parameters are stored in the meter for up to 3 years, all other parameters are stored for 1 month.

The dates on the parameters represent the time for which the parameters are logged, you’ll notice energy has the largest time since it is stored up to 3 years.

Select all parameters that you need to download data for.  Users also have the option to select the “Log Param Type Detail”, which allows users to log the instantaneous, minimum, max, and average value.

NOTE: Only real time and demand parameters support “Log Param Type Detail”, if energy or power quality parameters are included in the log these options are “greyed” out.
