AcuCloud – Tenant Access
The following document explains how to navigate around AcuCloud using the Tenant Access. The Tenant access provides users with only data and billing information related to a specific billing metering point.
To ensure the correct users have Tenant Access you can invite users from AcuCloud. This can be done under the Admin tab, and then select the Tenant tab.
Click on “+Add Tenant”. Enter in the email address, first/last name and select the metering point associated with the Tenant.
The Tenant will receive an email invitation and from there will be able to setup their username and password for the AcuCloud account.
After creating the username and password for the account, users will be able to login. Once logged in under Tenant Access you will see the homepage.
The homepage displays the map where the facility is located and shows the main tool bar on the left panel of the interface.
The Analysis tab allows users to view the Energy consumption for the meter.
Users can view the energy data over different time periods by adjust the Time frame bar to the desired period. The different types of energy can be viewed, in most cases the Import Energy will be selected which is the “consumed energy” measured by the meter.
The time interval options allow users to view the consumption based on the time interval. The options range from 5 minutes to 1 month and will vary depending on the time frame selected.
The analysis also allows you to view the temperature data against the energy consumption. The temperature data is based on the location of the facility and can be viewed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
See the image of the energy analysis below, the period selected is the last 30 days and the interval selected is 1 hour. At the bottom of the chart there is a table with a summary of the energy analysis. This table includes the highest reading, lowest reading, average and the total energy consumption over the period selected.
The second tab “TOU Allocation Analysis” allows users to view consumption per TOU rate. This helps break down the usage by tariff applied in the rate structure to allows users to analyze where the bulk of the consumption occurs.
The data can also be viewed in terms of cost, this will allow users to understand where most of the energy costs are occurring.
